Who the hell is Carl Lehman? |
| Now
that we've established that he's a private investigator… Carl
Lehman is a new and unorthodox figure in the detective story arena.
Created by Richard N. Meyer, Carl is at once an homage to Chandler,
Hammett, Nathaniel West as well as a modern day Ulysses just trying
to make a living while navigating
the best and worst of LA and all places urban. |

So, you put a bunch of catchy headlines on the site, what's that got to do with the character or the story? |
| That's
what Carl tries to find out in Psych 101. Those
headlines are actual elements of the case he's thrust into when
against all advice, he takes on the investigation of a Harvard PhD
Candidate's suicide. Guess
to understand the rest, you'll have to publish and/or read the
book…
